When you shop through AWS Cargo & Courier, you are hiring the services of AWS Cargo & Courier, a company legally constituted under Costa Rican laws. Purchases made through AWS Cargo & Courier, such as your orders, are transactions made by an intermediary and AWS Cargo & Courier is not the registered seller.

AWS Cargo & Courier reserves the right to cancel any order at its own discretion. Any order that is cancelled will be refunded through a local payment. Cancelled orders will be notified by email or the most suitable means available.

In cases where you use the AWS Cargo & Courier locker service and your order is received, personnel in Miami may require additional information or documentation to confirm your identity, address, and description of the package. Requested documents may include a photo of the Official ID and image of the commercial invoices, as well as guides or tracking that it has generated. If you do not respond to our request, AWS Cargo & Courier reserves the right to cancel the order.

REGARDING QUOTATIONS
Any quoted price will be valid for 1 week. After 1 week, orders will need to be re-quoted. It is the customer's responsibility to specify all the physical and technical characteristics of the items requested through the Quotation Tool provided by AWS Cargo & Courier.
All quoted orders are calculated in US dollars $ and may be shown in local currency only for illustrative purposes. All charges are in US dollars $ unless otherwise indicated. If payment requires currency conversion, the exchange rate will be determined at the time AWS Cargo & Courier processes the payment and completes the transaction.

REGARDING SHIPPING
Each tracking number represents an individual package, even when the shipment includes several items. Each individual piece of a multi-piece shipment will be treated as an individual shipment.
AWS Cargo & Courier reserves the right to refuse the receipt of packages if they have been opened, tampered with, or damaged before their arrival. AWS Cargo & Courier offers a service for each shipment and does not offer Consolidation Service. AWS Cargo & Courier does not transport cash, drugs, or other prohibited items. AWS Cargo & Courier is responsible for reporting these situations to the corresponding authorities.
To avoid delays, AWS Cargo & Courier reserves the right to assign a market value to any un-pre-alerted item not accompanied by a document containing its value at the time of inspection at our operations center in Miami.

AWS Cargo & Courier will have the possibility to open each of the packages or envelopes that arrive at our warehouses, for the correct declaration of customs or any other necessary reason.

Shipments may be held at the Miami address for up to fifty days due to lack of payment, additional preparation for the shipping process, or receipt of shipments with errors in the name, address, and/or consumer request.

AWS Cargo & Courier reserves the right to destroy or dispose, at its own discretion, of any shipment that has not been claimed or has been stored for more than fifty days at the Miami address, or the AWS Cargo & Courier facility in the destination country.

AWS Cargo & Courier transports shipments from the address in Miami to its final address, including Customs service and direct delivery to the client these rates will be determined and published by suitable methods.

AWS Cargo & Courier offers the service of purchasing and transporting goods to third parties, this to facilitate the purchasing process and thus be able to help people who need to place an order online but are unfamiliar with the procedures, so, the client when hiring the services of AWS Cargo & Courier for this purchase modality understands and assumes that AWS Cargo & Courier is not responsible for the state in which the goods come or their warranties, not so of the packages and packaging of the loads of which AWS Cargo & Courier if it will be responsible and will ensure the welfare of them until they are delivered at the place agreed with the client or consumer.

Regarding our free promotion at your home door, it refers to deliveries of packages in the great metropolitan area and limited to the following cantons: San José, Escazú, Desamparados, Aserrí, Goicoechea, Santa Ana, Alajuelita, Vásquez de Coronado, Tibás, Moravia, Montes de Oca, Curridabat; Alajuela, Poás, Atenas, Grecia, Palmares, San Ramón Cartago, Paraíso, Oreamuno, El Guarco; Heredia, Barva, Santo Domingo, Santa Bárbara, San Rafael, San Isidro, Belén, Flores, San Pablo. AWS Cargo & Courier reserves the right to send the items using its registered vehicles or will use the delivery system through Correos de Costa Rica, this will be notified to the client before making the shipment.

REGARDING PAYMENTS
Regarding payments, they must be made in cash at the branch or by bank transfer to any of the official banks which are: BAC, BCR, NATIONAL BANK

AUTHORIZATION OF USE REGISTRATION DATA

The client agrees that the personal data provided at the time of their registration, or any other provided to AWS Cargo & Courier for access to some of the services of AWS Cargo & Courier and other AWS Cargo & Courier sites, be used for the purpose of facilitating the provision of the requested services, for the correct identification of users who request personalized services, for the conduct of statistical studies of the users that allow designing improvements in the services provided, for the management of basic administration tasks, as well as to keep you informed, either by email or by any other means, of news, products and services related to AWS Cargo & Courier. In the case of commercial communications through email or equivalent means, at the time of registering in AWS Cargo & Courier and all AWS Cargo & Courier sites, the client will choose at their discretion to give their express consent to the sending of advertising through such means. Likewise, when registering in AWS Cargo & Courier and other AWS Cargo & Courier sites the client accepts that their registration data may be provided to other third parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. AWS Cargo & Courier will use the emails or any other personal information to contact the clients, and may direct them with specific purposes to the users. The identifying personal information may be transferred as part of the assets of AWS Cargo & Courier in case the company or parts of the business were sold, merged, or acquired by third parties.

AWS Cargo & Courier is committed to comply with its obligation to keep private data confidential, as well as its duty to treat them with confidentiality, and assumes the necessary technical, organizational, and security measures to prevent their alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, in accordance with the law and the international treaties signed by Costa Rica that govern the matter.

The client will respond, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided. AWS Cargo & Courier may exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to other actions that may proceed.

COPYRIGHT
In accordance with the legal provisions in force and others that may be considered supplementary, the designs, writings, and contents of each of the documents and information presented here are protected by copyright laws, according to which, except for a license or authorization from its holder, they may not be photocopied, reproduced digitally or physically, modified totally or partially, or publicly communicated, under penalty of being civilly and criminally liable for infringement of property rights and/or moral rights of the author. Likewise, the contents that the user makes in the tool of the knowledge network of AWS Cargo & Courier are of his exclusive property, in such a way that any authorization, permission, or forwarding of his contents to third parties he does under his sole and strict responsibility.
